2025 Financial Literacy Report Findings
The 2025 KidVestors Report examined 157 students who completed both pre- and post-assessments and found meaningful improvements in financial literacy across the cohort. Average scores rose from 61.0% before the program to 80.3% afterward, reflecting a 19.3 percentage-point increase and a 32% relative gain in financial knowledge.
The results were statistically significant (p < 0.001) with a large effect size, indicating that the gains were substantial and unlikely to be due to chance. Just as importantly, the differences between student scores narrowed over time, suggesting that progress was not limited to those who began with stronger financial knowledge. Students entered the program at varying levels of understanding, but their outcomes became more consistent as they learned, highlighting KidVestors’ potential to strengthen financial literacy while helping close knowledge gaps.
