KidVestors maintains a defence-in-depth security model that includes encryption of data at rest and in transit, strict access controls, secure key management, and resilient infrastructure designed specifically for the K to 12 environment.
Continuous Monitoring and Accountability
Our Security and Privacy teams enforce strict internal policies, and continuously monitor compliance.
We fully comply with COPPA and FERPA, collect only the data necessary for educational purposes, never sell student information, and never use student data for advertising or profiling.
Transparency and Partnership With Schools
We clearly communicate how data is collected, used, stored, and protected, empower parents and educators with access and control rights, and provide districts with documentation and Data Privacy Agreements when needed.
