For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• "Account" means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

• "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to KidVestors Inc.

• "Cookies" are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.

• "Country" refers to United States of America.

• "Customer" refers to any individual, organization, or entity that purchases, subscribes to, or otherwise engages with KidVestors products or services through our website, web app, or mobile app.

• "Device" means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile phone or a digital tablet.

• "DRS (Direct Registration System)" An electronic registration system that allows investors to hold securities in book-entry form directly with the transfer agent, without needing a physical certificate or broker.

• "GiveAshare" A trusted partner of KidVestors (“KidVestors Partners”) that facilitates the purchase and registration of single shares of stock for educational or gifting purposes.

• "KidVestors Partners" refers to third-party providers who collaborate with KidVestors to support the stock gifting and education process. These partners may handle stock registration, shipping, account setup, or other administrative functions. They are not affiliated as registered stock brokers.

• "Mobile App" refers to the domain and all sub-domains of app.Kidvestors.co, KidVestors.ai, or KidVestors.io across all web browsers and native app stores such as the Apple Store or Google Store.

• "Personal Data" is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

• "Registered Stock Broker" A person or firm licensed and regulated to buy and sell securities, including stocks, on behalf of clients.

• "Replica Stock Certificate" refers to a non-negotiable, decorative version of a stock certificate, intended for display or educational purposes. These replicas do not confer legal ownership.

• "Service" refers to the "Website".

• "Service Provider" means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

• "Shareholder" An individual or entity that legally owns one or more shares of stock in a corporation and is entitled to shareholder rights.

• "Site" refers to the "Website".

• "Stock" A type of investment that represents ownership in a company and entitles the shareholder to a portion of the company’s profits and assets.

• "Stock Certificate" An official document issued by a corporation (or its transfer agent) that proves ownership of a specific number of shares.

• "Subscription" means the paid access granted to the User for a specific period to use the KidVestors Website, Web App, or Mobile App, including but not limited to its educational content, digital tools, and reward features. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the expiration date.

• "Transfer Agent" A financial institution assigned by a corporation to maintain shareholder records, issue and cancel certificates, and handle stock transfers.

• "Usage Data" refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

• "User" means the individual accessing or using the Site, Service, Website, Web App, Mobile App, the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

• "Web App" refers to the domain and all sub-domains of app.Kidvestors.co, KidVestors.ai, or KidVestors.io.

• "Website" refers to all domains and all sub-domains of Kidvestors.co, TheKidVestors.com, App.Kidvestors.co, KidVestorsAcademy.com, KidVestors.ai, or KidVestors.io.

• "You" means the individual accessing or using the Site, Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

We, at KidVestors, declare that the content provided on our website is solely for informational and educational purposes and does not constitute an offer or solicitation for the sale or purchase of any specific securities product, service, or investment strategy. The information presented on our website is not intended to serve as comprehensive financial or investment advice tailored to any individual's specific investment needs. We acknowledge that we are not a substitute for professional financial advice, and we strongly advise users to seek the guidance of qualified financial or investment advisers, tax professionals, or attorneys before implementing any strategy or recommendation discussed herein. Furthermore, we emphasize that investing entails risks, including the potential loss of principal.

Intellectual Property

By registering for or otherwise ordering a KidVestors, Inc. course, products, or training service, you agree and acknowledge that KidVestors, Inc. training materials are protected by U.S. and international trademark and copyright laws. Therefore, you cannot reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, or publicly display/perform such materials. In addition, you agree not to use the company's training materials, including but not limited to the concepts and ideas expressed in the training, to create a competing product/service.

Subscriptions & Renewals

All subscriptions to our web app and mobile app, with the exception of our Discovery Pass plan, are automatically renewed and charged to the User's payment method on file. All subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Users are solely responsible for tracking their subscription, renewal, and expiration dates. Renewal reminders are sent 7 days before the expiration date to the User's email address on file. Users should check all inbox folders—including spam, junk, and promotional folders—to ensure they receive email communications. Users may cancel their account at any time to prevent renewal but will retain access until the current subscription expires. We are unable to offer refunds for canceled or unused subscriptions for any reason. Our refund and chargeback policy applies to all transactions.

Refunds & Return Policy

• Web App, Mobile App, Digital Course & Digital Product Sales

  • All purchases made through our website, web app, mobile app, or for any digital courses and digital products are final and non-refundable. Users can access the platform for free for 7 days without needing a payment method on file by selecting the Discovery Pass option. Refunds are not available for any users who complete checkout with our Family and Friends or Schools and Beyond subscriptions.

  • This policy applies to all users without exception.

   

• Books and all other physical merchandise

  • Books and physical merchandise are eligible for a refund or credit if the item is returned without damages within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • The refund will be processed once the returned item is received. Refunds will take approximately 5-14 business days to process depending on the purchaser's bank.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.

  • Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned for a refund.

  • RA# request for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for a credit or refund must be in the original condition.

  • Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).

Chargebacks

The Customer understands and agrees that if they initiate a chargeback or merchant dispute with their issuing bank for any KidVestors, Inc. product, service, website, mobile app, or web app that they have received and for which payment is owed, and the chargeback is successful, KidVestors, Inc. will make every effort to provide the issuing bank with documentation confirming that the Customer received the product or service and agreed to the terms of this policy.

Non-Transferrable 

Access to our website, site, and digital courses are strictly personal and non-transferable. Users are prohibited from sharing, selling, or transferring their login credentials, course materials, or access rights to any other individual, organization, or entity.​

Any attempt to transfer access may result in immediate termination of access to the course without a refund or notice, as well as potential legal action.​

By purchasing our digital courses, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that access is solely for the original purchaser's use.

 

Certificate of Completion

KidVestors provides certificates of completion with the completion of the students' modules.

No Academic Credit

Unless otherwise explicitly indicated by a credit-granting institution, participation in or completion of KidVestors, Inc. courses does not confer any academic credit.

WHOLESALE ORDERS & GROUP ENROLLMENT

*For wholesale orders and group enrollments (50 students or more):

Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process bulk orders and group enrollment orders. Bulk orders and group enrollment orders placed on a weekend, holiday, or after 4:30pm EST Monday-Friday will begin being processed on the next business day.

 

Wholesale orders 

Please allow an additional 14-21 business days for your order to ship following processing. All bulk orders will require a signature upon delivery. [Wholesale orders are available for Domestic U.S shipping only].

"What happens if my item is marked delivered, but I have not received it? "

Please contact the carrier with your tracking number to locate your package. Frequently ,the carrier may mark the package as delivered when it arrives at the destination warehouse, not the actual delivery address. In most instances the package will then arrive at the actual delivery address within 1 or 2 business days.

Learn and Earn Stock Rewards 

 

• No Brokerage Affiliation​

  • KidVestors and KidVestors partners are not registered stock brokers and do not claim to be. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice and do not act as intermediaries for stock trading. All purchases are for educational and gifting purposes through third-party providers.

 

• Shareholder Rights

  • Students who complete the purchase of a stock become actual shareholders of the selected company. This means they are entitled to any and all benefits of ownership, including:

    • Receiving official stock certificates (or electronic registration via DRS)
       

    • Voting rights (when applicable)
       

    • Declared dividends
       

    • Annual reports and updates
       

    • Invitations to shareholder meetings

 

• International Eligibility

  • KidVestors students who are non-U.S. residents are also eligible to purchase stock through our platform, unless restricted by local laws or third-party providers. It is the user's responsibility to comply with applicable regulations in their home country.

 

• Transferring Stock

  • Stock ownership can typically be transferred into a traditional brokerage account in two ways:

    1. Physical Certificate: If you receive an official, registered stock certificate, you may deposit it into most brokerage accounts by initiating a stock transfer.
        

    2. DRS (Direct Registration System): If your shares are held electronically, you can request an Incoming DRS Transfer through your receiving broker. This method allows for direct ownership without a certificate. Please note that not all brokers support DRS transfers—platforms like Robinhood, for example, may not offer this feature. Check directly with your broker for guidance.
        

 

• Selling Shares

  • KidVestors and KidVestors Partners including GiveAshare do not facilitate or process stock sales. If you wish to sell your shares, you must do so through a registered stock broker or transfer agent. We do not offer brokerage services or act on your behalf in selling or transferring securities.

 

• Educational Use and Replicas

  • Some stock gifts may include replica stock certificates for display purposes. These are not official proof of ownership and are intended only for keepsake or educational purposes. Legal ownership will be reflected either through an official stock certificate or through electronic registration via DRS.​​

 

Warranty

There are no warranties, express or implied, by operation of law or otherwise, regarding the use or results of the course and materials. KidVestors does not guarantee that you will successfully complete the course or achieve any specific level of knowledge. We disclaim any implied warranties.
