If you receive a message that states that you do not have an active subscription after attempting log-in or that your email already exists , try the following troubleshooting steps.  1. Ensure you completed the registration process. This includes verifying your email address. Once registration is complete for your trial or paid subscription plans, you will receive an email with the subject line “Successful Payment.” This email confirms that your registration is finalized. If you are on a Discovery Pass free trial, you will still receive this confiration email even though your total is $0.00. If you did not receive this email receipt, your registration was likely not completed. Please check all inbox folders, including Spam, Junk, and Promotions, just in case the message was filtered there. 2. Check for the registration reminder email. If registration was not completed, you should receive an email with the subject line “Looks Like You Forgot To Finish!” This email allows you to resume registration. Please check all inbox folders, including Spam, Junk, and Promotions, as the message may have been filtered. When resuming registration, make sure you continue using the same email address, browser, and device you originally used. The link may not work if opened on a different browser or device. 3. Verify your login information. Double-check that your email address and password are spelled correctly. If either is entered incorrectly, the system will not allow you to log in. 4. Submit a support ticket if the issue persists. If none of the steps above resolve the issue, please submit a support ticket for a quick response: https://www.kidvestors.co/submit-a-ticket

Supporting Browsers: KidVestors works on all major browsers, including Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. For the best experience, please ensure your browser is updated to the latest version. Network Requirements: A stable internet connection is required to load lessons, games, and videos. If you experience delays or loading issues, try refreshing your browser, switching networks, or moving to an area with stronger connectivity. Device Requirements: Student portal access is available on all devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. Admin access for parents and educators is currently supported on laptops and desktops only.

If the KidVestors platform freezes, gets stuck on a loading screen, or does not respond, try the steps below: 1. Refresh Your Browser Sometimes a quick refresh resolves temporary loading issues. 2. Check Your Internet Connection Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If possible, switch to a stronger WiFi signal or wired connection. 3. Close and Reopen the Browser Fully close your browser window, reopen it, and log back into KidVestors. 4. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies A buildup of cached data can cause loading issues. Clearing your cache often fixes freezing or slow performance. 5. Update Your Browser Make sure you are using the latest version of Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. Outdated browsers can prevent lessons and videos from loading properly. 6. Restart Your Device Restarting your computer, tablet, or mobile phone can help reset processes that may be causing the freeze. 7. Try a Different Browser If one browser is not working, switch to another supported option such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. 8. Disable Browser Extensions Ad blockers or other extensions may interfere with KidVestors. Temporarily disable them if you notice frequent freezing. 9. Check Device Requirements Student access works on all devices. Admin access (parents and educators) is supported on laptops and desktops only. Using an unsupported device for admin login may cause performance issues. If problems continue after these steps, feel free to reach out to us and our team will be happy to assist.
